Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Good Monday morning everyone!!! I think the cooler temps make me want to bake! I like the warmth the oven puts out as well as the smells and tastes! So I baked again yesterday.....just because! And the following is the result!!!

APPLE CINNAMON MUFFINS
Makes 12 Muffins
1 Muffin = 2 PointsPlus™


1/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
1 cup peeled & chopped apples
3 TBSP Splenda granulated
2/3 cup fat-free milk
2 TBSP unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400ยบ. Lightly spray the bottom ONLY of a muffin pan.

Combine all ingredients just until moistened.

Divide evenly in muffin pan. Bake 15 - 17 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool 10 minutes in pan and then remove from pan to rack to cool completely.
MY SPIN: The only thing I would do is add more cinnamon.....I love cinnamon!!
