Carrot Raisin Bars

CARROT RAISIN BARS
Makes 24 servings
1 serving = 1 PointsPlus™

1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix (unprepared)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 15x10x1" pan (cookie sheet) with baking spray with flour.

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, applesauce, water and egg substitute. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spread evenly in pan.

Bake 18 - 24 minutes or until bars spring back when touched lightly in the center.

Cool. Cut into 24 pieces.

You can eat these as they are, with fat-free/sugar-free Cool Whip or the following Drizzle Topping....adds no points.

DRIZZLE TOPPING:
3 oz. fat-free cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp fat-free skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix together until smooth.

Enjoy!
