WHOLE WHEAT BANANA
BREAD
Makes 10 Servings
1 Serving = 4 PointsPlus™
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute
3 mashed very ripe bananas
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine
flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix
together applesauce and honey. Stir in the egg substitute and mashed
bananas until well blended.
Stir banana mixture into the
flour mixture just until moistened.
Cool in the pan 10 minutes
and then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
This was my piece. The rest of the bread was given away. |
MY SPIN: There isn't really
one! My stylist, Cherri, put a piece in the nuker for @20 seconds and
said it was scrumptious warm.
Now
