BANANA PUDDING PIE
Makes 8 Servings
1 Serving = 4 PointsPlus®
1 (.9 oz.) pkg sugar-free/fat-free vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
2 ¾ cups fat-free milk
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 9-inch reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
Fat-free whipped topping
In
a large mixing bowl, combine the 2 puddings and milk.
Stir in the sliced bananas.
Spoon the mixture into the pie crust; smooth over with a spatula.
Remove plastic wrap and serve. This can be served 'as is' or with a dollop of fat-free whipped topping.
