SPICED CRANBERRY SAUCE
Yield: 2 cups

12 oz. cranberries1 3/4 cup Splenda Granulated
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered until the berries pop and mixture is thickened, about 30 minutes.
Cool. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled.
