STOVE TOP EASY CHICKEN BAKE

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, boneless, skinless, raw, cut into bite-size pieces
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken 98% fat-free condensed soup
1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
2 1/2 cups (1 15oz box) Stove Top Chicken stuffing made with whole wheat
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 13x9" baking dish.
Top with stuffing.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
To reheat, microwave each serving on HIGH @2 minutes.
